| TERMS AND CONDITIONS To enter, simply read these conditions, complete and submit the registration, and pay your entry fee. The deadline for entries is February 1, 2008. (Please note: enter as soon as you can, the promoter cannot guarantee placement of late entries). Only one entry per band. No refunds for cancellations or late entries. The promoter reserves the right to accept or reject entries at their absolute discretion. Bands must not be currently signed to a record company. Pa system, microphones, stage lighting, and engineers are provide. Bands are required to provide all their own instruments / back line equipment, i.e., drums, amps, keyboards, guitars, etc. Band must be able to play on the show date (February 17, 2008). Bands are to be available for promotional commitments as required. Band agrees to allow promoter to record, film and/or photograph their performance. The promoter owns the copyright in these recordings / images. The promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete entries, or those lost or delayed for any technical or other reason. Bands will be informed within 2 weeks after entering of the acceptance or decline of their entry. At all times during the competition, & subsequent promotion of the competition, the band agrees to act in a professional manner that supports and reaffirms the reputation of the promoter, venue, and sponsoring companies. To this end the promoter reserves the right to cancel without refund any band where this reputation is under threat by actions from any band member or associate. The winning band will be announced at the end of the show. All judge’s decisions are final. The promoter reserves the right to terminate or temporarily suspend this competition in the event of technical or other difficulties that might compromise its integrity. By entering the event, all participants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. SHOW DETAILS Show date: Sunday Night February 17, 2008 Show Time: 8:30pm Cover $8.00 Per Person Location: Rollerhutt Skate Center Garrettsville, Ohio 44231 1-330-322-7853 Each band will be given 15 min of stage time. Points will be deducted for each minute that any band goes over there allotted time. Bands will be given 10 min, no more no less to change out after each performance. Any band that is found to be holding up the change over will have points deducted. There are no sound checks! All bands are required to have their equipment ready to go. (Have all your amps and such marked before hand) There is to be no playing of instruments until the curtain goes up on your bands performance. Any deviation from this will result in loss of points. This is an all age’s show, Lyrics, Actions, and Behavior should reflect that. (Any band found to be in violation will be eliminated from the event without a refund). Only the Members of the band will be admitted I free to the event! All others including parents are subject to the $8.00 cover charge. All band must enter threw the stage door. (Back side of building, look for signs). Only the band members will be aloud in this entrance All equipment must remain in the building until the end of all performances. Only band members are aloud backstage. The $35.00 entry fee is NON REFUNDABLE! Bands are required to hand out flyers, Hang posters, and help promote the event.
